After 40 years of experience and continuing education, I bring science-based results along with time tested techniques that will help you reach your personal goals: weight loss, conditioning, self-confidence, self-defense. I am also a Peer Recovery Coach to help guide an individual into recovery by Food, Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling, or whatever is stopping you from living a fulfilling life.
I offer a range of group classes at our boxing gym. My non-contact classes use a boxing bag and include a range of cardio drills and circuits. My contact classes range from light combat and sparring at beginner level, while our advanced classes include simulated fights in the ring with an opponent. My coaches have competed at a national or international level, so they have first hand experience of the techniques that they’re teaching.
